Ross Mirian, Esq.

Ross Mirian is the managing lawyer at Mirian Law Firm. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Mr. Mirian’s ability to practice law in Canada and the United States has put him amongst a selected group of lawyers that can help service clients across North America.

Mr. Mirian takes a personal interest in all of the firm’s cases to ensure the highest standards of service and excellence are consistently met.

Prior to establishing Mirian Law Firm, Ross Mirian worked at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Ontario. There, he gained expertise in personal injury litigation while also gaining invaluable experience from leading practitioners in U.S. and Canadian business immigration law.

Ross Mirian earned his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he graduated with Cum Laude status; ranking in the top 15% of his graduating class.  Mr. Mirian also received his Masters of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto and his Bachelor of Arts from York University.

Anna Rezaei

Anna Rezaei is an associate lawyer at Mirian Law Firm.

Anna graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelors of Applied Science in 2012 and obtained her law degrees from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy.

Anna joined Mirian law shortly after her Call to the Bar. Prior to joining Mirian Law, Anna articled at a personal injury law firm in Toronto, where she assisted on arbitrations, and regularly represented clients in court. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.

While in law school, Anna held volunteer positions with a number of organizations, including the Windsor Community Legal Aid Clinic, and the Justice at Work Committee.

Outside of the office, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and eating at Toronto’s many superb restaurants.

Rima Malekzadeh

Rima is a Legal Assistant in both our personal injury and real estate departments. Her ability to be a case manager to two highly demanding areas demonstrates her knowledge, focus, and tenacious energy. She is truly our backbone. Rima takes pride in working with our respective clients from initial intake to when their respective matter is successfully complete.

Rima received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at York University. On her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family.
